Every console and most controllers are tested for full functionality before they are accepted as trade. We don’t take broken consoles, even with the intention of fixing them, so you can rest assured your purchase will function out of the box. Were we to somehow miss something, you’ll be covered by our thirty-day warranty.
While we cannot test every game disc and cartridge that passes through, we do specific visual inspections to ensure the authenticity, condition and function of every single one.
High end cartridge boards are compared to reference photos. If a game came with a save or clock battery, it is replaced by our repair tech before sale.

Call us and ask! All our inventory is based on local trade-in, and we get some pretty crazy stuff. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can always put you on the Wishlist for it, and you’ll receive a text message when we get one traded in.

Trade-in works similarly to popular game store chains you may be familiar with. Bring in your game, console or accessory and get an on-the-spot store credit offer that can be used same-day.
In general, we only accept disc-based games that come with their original box and cover art.
Game cartridges can be loose but must be in generally good shape and free of any corrosion, damage or filth.
We test all consoles before purchase. Consoles must be fully functional and free of odors, grime or infestation.
Please remove parental controls before coming in for your trade. Consoles must have their original controllers and power cables. We may be able to buy incomplete items at a reduced price, but only if we have spares on hand.
You’ll need to be 18 or older and have a valid photo ID with you to trade for store credit or cash. Cash buys subject to availability, we recommend calling ahead to confirm we are buying before making a trip.

Our games come with 7-day warranties. Consoles, controllers and other accessories come with 30-day warranties. If you run into any issues, we can help troubleshoot, replace the item, or you can simply return it for a store credit refund.
